Range Test: Not Good
The gun had several cycling issues during range session, shooting 400 rounds of Blaser Brass. Would not cycle fully cycle back to lock open when last round was fired. It was also very hard to manually cycle slide or press check. Had a gunsmith friend shooting with me, and thought it felt as though the spring weight for the guide rod was probably incorrect. Changed back to OEM and the gun ran flawlessly shooting another 200 rounds with no cycling issues. Be careful when you purchase these. This is my EDC; can't afford to have issues like that if I need to pull to defend myself.

Stainless steel guide rod for gen 4/5
It works great, it added stiffness and weight while inherently being stronger than I anticipate the oem guide rod to be......it's not as tight underneath the barrel at its home position as I expected but I am happy with my purchase regardless!!

Stainless Steel Guide Rod
I have 2 Glock 19, Gen 5. Ordered 2 and I truly believe my accuracy improved. I know they functioned perfectly. A great upgrade.

Very nice!
Much more sturdy than the polymer rod from Glock. Plus, it's very shiny! Seriously though, it really "feels" better. Whether racking the slide or cycling the pistol, it just feels more substantial. And it really is shiny.

Glock 43 Guide Rod Assembly
Good piece. One thing they could do better. Make the rod end black. It’s silver and looks bad at the end of the pistol.
