Excellent - works perfectly!
I was a little dubious about this would work as I've seen one or two reviews where people found feed problems with the extra round. I'm to report that my experience has been the same as the majority. Installing the extension was a snap with the GTUL mag tool and the extension fits flush with the frame as if it were an OEM part, and definitely improves on the grip provided by the OEM extended mag. As far as the +1 round capacity I've had no problems so far. I've fitted this to seven mags and have put over 200 rounds through my G43, so each mag has been loaded and emptied at least four times. No problems whatsoever, flawless feeding. Very happy.

Works as advertised
So, I got the Glock 43 for summer carry. Seven rounds of 9 mm is good (6+1 in pipe) but eight is better, right? I saw these Pearce +1 extensions during You Tube surfing so I decided to get one to replace the factory flush plate since I prefer to have a pinky rest. I have small hands and I feel having the pinky rest helps control the snap of a small gun. I thought about the +2 but that would increase the grip size too much and defeat my purpose for the G43; summer concealability. I went to the range to do a little break-in for the G43. The magazine worked as advertised. No FTF and loading the extra cartridge wasn’t a great effort. I ordered two extra magazines for the G43 for range days and carry rotation. I ordered more of these Pearce +1 extensions to replace the stock floor plates. Highly recommended.
