Description
The RYG extended slide lock has angled cutouts on the ends for maximum finger grip when field stripping even with slippery or oily hands. CNC machined barrel lug notch for superior lock up compared to the Glock OEM slide lock. Low profile that does not protrude beyond frame which also allows for no holster wear. Made from precision cnc machined 416 heat treated stainless steel for a lifetime of use. Fits Glock models G42, 43, 43X and 48.

RYG Extended Slide Lock for G42/43
Very nice addition to my G43. Easy installation. Took longer to unload and remove the slide than it did to install. I used a sewing machine needle to depress the spring, although I imagine a paper clip would work just as well. Thank you RYG for another nice upgrade for a Glock.

It's OK, finish was jacked up on one end...
Mechanically it works and is easier to use than the Glock unit, but cosmetically it was damaged/missing plating on one end. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until after it was installed. Not a show stopper, but not a 5 star product.
