Description



Anyone with average- to small hands now can easily perform magazine changes without shifting their firing grip on the weapon. The VT GMR-001 is easy to install, and made of the same tough polymer as the GLOCK factory part. The extended catch is just perfectnot too short, not too long, i.e. the magazine will not accidentally release if pistol is laid on a hard surface. Perfect with use of back strap mounted lasers. For Gen1, Gen2 and Gen3 pistols only. Not for use with Gen4 pistols.

    The Vickers Mag Release is a great improvement on the OEM release. Better shape, nice rounded edges and extends far enough for easy, fast and sure releases. Also it's designed so it does not stick out far enough to accidentally release the magazine if you lay the gun down on its left side.

    Perfect for my glock 33. Was extended just enough to make mag changes easier and quicker without getting in the way. Doesn't interfere with my holsters at all and this is my EDC gun. Also super easy to install.

    This release is an excellent fit. Does not protrude to the point of impacting the support hand palm during manipulations/firing yet is of ample length to provide a mag drop without having to adjust the positioning of the hands.

    The stock release button was too short and caused finger cuts when trying to do repetitive reloads. The vickers doesn't appear to be much different but turns out to be just right for my hands. I don't need to reposition the gun for quick reloads anymore. Installation took just a few minutes. I'm very happy with the Vicker tactical extended magazine release.
