Description

Wolff Springs are designed and manufactured specifically for firearms. The proprietary spring material and design will increase performance and reliability compared to many OEM springs that you find stock on many pistols. Wolff Springs have been the leading gun spring manufacture for over 60 years creating a product you can trust.

This Wolff Springs 6lb striker spring (firing pin spring) is one pound heavier than the 5lb striker spring that come stock on Glock brand pistols. The heavier striker spring increases forward momentum of the striker to help with ignition of the primer. This added force benefits the shooter by reducing the odds of a light primer strike substantially and increasing the reliability of the pistol even with reloads or hard primers.

Fits all Glock Models.

    Great Product

I purchased two of these for my glocks. I am reloading with CCI primers and they seem to be harder to ignite than factory loaded primers. I would experience as many as 5/100 fail to fire with the factory 5lb spring and now with the 6lb spring I get no failure to ignite.

The 6lb firing pin spring is perfect to insure you don't get any light primer strikes with any ammunition. Great for the Russian steel case stuff. Just make sure to clean ypur forearms well after that stuff. Also make sure you check the spent casings for heavy scratch marks from the extractor removing them if that is happening do not use that ammo your gun does not like it and you are most likely damaging the inside parts of your weapon.
